Done-for-you AI customer support for Shopify e-commerce brands.

AI agents draft customer-support replies — email, DMs, live chat — in a brand’s own voice, trained on past conversations. A human approves anything that touches money, and every action gets logged. Built and run solo, in market with early pilot customers.

Golang for beginners

2020

Russian-language ebook teaching Go from scratch.

My first digital product — a self-published ebook teaching Go from scratch. The response was strong enough that I started Youtube channel and ended up recording two online courses.

2020–2024

Russian-language channel — coding tutorials, later self-improvement, habits and discipline.

Started as programming tutorials in Golang, aimed at a Russian-speaking developer audience. Grew to 30,000 subscribers over four years and pivoted into self-improvement and discipline content. Built and sold education products off the back of it.

Creatly

2020–2021

Multi-tenant LMS SaaS for creators to build and sell online courses.

A white-label course platform — Go backend, React frontend — that let creators spin up a branded “school” on their own domain. Recruited most of the team by publishing the build process as a YouTube series. Powered two of my own course sites before I stopped development in late 2021 and open-sourced it.

2021–2022

Double-entry accounting SaaS built natively for the crypto & web3 economy.

Co-founded and led engineering on an accounting platform for crypto-native businesses: connect an on-chain wallet and transactions get booked automatically, double-entry, alongside fiat. Event-sourced ledger, CQRS, gRPC microservices in Go, a React frontend. Reached a working MVP over about six months with a small team before the project stalled.

Tradelet

2025

Vibe-coded trading journal for retail forex traders. Launched in a week, closed on purpose.

Built solo with AI coding agents in about a week and sold into an existing trading audience — paying customers within 24 hours of launch. Closed deliberately after the unit economics made the ceiling clear: retail forex traders churn too fast for a low-ticket B2C SaaS to work without real distribution capital. Now archived and open-sourced. The full story, including the math, is in this essay.
